When coils become fouled with dirt, grease, soil residue, dust, leaves, insects or other contaminants, the designed heat exchange is significantly reduced and the costs to operate will exponentially increase.  Cleaning your coils at least twice a year will restore your heat exchange, reduce your energy consumption and extend the useful life of your equipment.

  • Deodorise and disinfect Evaporator/ Indoor Unit - Ensures clean, fresh air with a pleasant scent
  • Temperature/Energy Efficiency Test- Tests the temperature differential of the units' supply and return air and is compared to industry standards for efficiency rating
  • Electrical Test & Tag Unit to Australian Standards - Don’t forget your electrical appliances are required to be regularly tested and inspected by an Electrical Technician, your Air Conditioners are exactly the same.
